What are you missing by NOT having your new home inspected with Infrared Technology? Take a look at some of these sample photos to see.
Photo Set #1: The seller of this house had resigned to the fact that this was a cold room. During the inspection, the Camera detected the improperly installed roll of insulation in the attic, saving the new buyer a lot of unnecessary heating expenses.
Photo Set #2: At first glance during the inspection, this door seemed fine. The camera however, shows that it has been hung improperly and would be a costly mistake for the new owner.
Photo Set #3: The light switch below is building up heat due to faulty wiring. Left unattended, this could be a very dangerous situation.
Photo Set #4: The black lines in the photos below are the spots in the concrete blocks that were filled. The rest of the wall does not contain any insulation in the blocks.
